SocialBar offers a 100% Money-Back Guarantee on all services. If we fail to deliver the service you ordered within the promised delivery timeframe displayed on our services page, you are entitled to a full refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

  • The service is not delivered within the estimated delivery time
  • The service is partially delivered and the remaining portion cannot be fulfilled
  • There's a technical error on our end that prevents service delivery

3. Refund Exclusions

Refunds may not be issued for:

  • Orders where delivery has already started or been completed
  • Orders placed with incorrect account details (your responsibility)
  • Services that are explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase
  • Orders flagged for violating our Terms of Service
  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after the promised delivery date

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp at your registered number
  2. Provide your Order ID and reason for the refund
  3. Our team will review and process the refund within 24-48 hours

5. Partial Refunds

In cases where only a portion of the order is delivered, a proportional partial refund will be issued. For example, if you ordered 10,000 followers and only 3,000 were delivered, you'll receive a refund for the remaining 7,000.

6. UPI Refund Process

Since all payments are processed via UPI, refunds will be credited back to the original UPI account used for payment. Refunds typically appear within 1-3 business days depending on your bank.

7. Price Adjustment Guarantee

If the price of a service drops within 24 hours of your purchase, contact us and we'll adjust your order to the lower price or refund the difference.

8. Dispute Resolution

If your refund request is denied, you may request escalation to our senior support team. Our decision will be final, but we're committed to resolving any dispute fairly and transparently.
