1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
By accessing SocialBar or placing a social growth order through the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue platform use immediately.
2. User Accounts & Security
Users must provide accurate contact and target details. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. SocialBar is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised user devices.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payment Capture
Prices are shown in INR. Once an order is confirmed, the selected payment method is charged and the order is sent for processing. Provider delivery and refill terms are shown on the service page.
4. Cancellation & Refund Rights
Orders may be cancelled before processing begins. After processing starts, cancellations and refunds are handled according to the selected service terms and our Refund Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
SocialBar connects customers with third-party service providers. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability for a single order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
